How we ship your koi

The safety and welfare of your Koi Carp is of the up most importance to us here at Love Aquatics. We have a 100% success rate with our Koi shipments and many satisfied customers.

To ensure a safe and reliable shipment to you we…

• Never over crowd our boxes ensuring the optimal oxygen content is present whilst in transit. As we only charge one flat fee for any shipment, we can spread the Koi you buy over numerous boxes.
• Use heavy grade, double wall boxes and fish grade bags. The bags are also doubled up for added security.
• Ensure the koi are packaged no more than an hour before courier collection, to reduce the amount of time the Koi are in the bag. As the service we offer is next-day before 2pm , the Koi will never spend more than 24 hours in the bag.

Many customers have reported their koi have been happy and feeding within 10 minutes of release, which is testament to how effective our Koi Carp delivery method is.
